At SAK Visual Studio, we are committed to delivering high-quality creative services that meet your expectations. Due to the customized and digital nature of our work, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.
1. No Refunds on Completed Projects
Once a project has been completed and the final files have been delivered, no refunds will be issued. This is because our services involve time, creativity, and resources that cannot be returned or reused.
2. Partial Refunds (Before Project Completion)
If a client chooses to cancel a project before any major work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on how much time and effort has already been invested.
If work has not started: Up to 80% refund
If the project is in progress: Refund amount will be determined based on work completed
If the project is nearing completion: No refund will be issued
3. Deposits & Upfront Payments
All upfront deposits or booking fees are non-refundable. This secures your spot in our production schedule and compensates for preliminary time spent on communication, planning, and early-stage concept development.
4. Revisions Instead of Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with the final output, we offer multiple revision rounds (as outlined in your service agreement) to ensure the final product aligns with your expectations. We’re happy to work closely with you to get it right.
5. Missed Deadlines or Non-Delivery
In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver the project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end (and you’ve already made a payment), a full or partial refund will be considered depending on the situation.
6. Client Inactivity or Delays
If the project is delayed or abandoned due to lack of response from the client for an extended period (10+ business days), we reserve the right to close the project. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
7. Digital Product Policy (If Applicable)
For any downloadable or digital assets (templates, graphics, presets, etc.), no refunds are provided once the files have been sent or downloaded, due to the nature of digital goods.
